The journey to parenthood can be long, difficult, and emotionally demanding. Sometimes it requires a plan B, sometimes saying goodbye, and often support is needed during periods of waiting and uncertainty. I will be here to guide and support you through this challenging time.
Couples therapy
Couples can encounter conflicts, drifting apart, doubts, life crises, extramarital affairs, developing feelings for someone else, separation, illness, or changes in their sexual relationship. There are many reasons why couples seek help, and I provide counseling and support to guide them toward the path that works best for them
About me
I hold a doctorate in sociology and have completed advanced training in counseling, with over 10 years of experience in psychosocial support.
I work at the Family and Life Counseling Center of the Bremen Protestant Church (Familien- und Lebensberatung der Bremischen Evangelischen Kirche) and at Cara, a counseling center for pregnancy and prenatal diagnostics. In addition, I teach and lecture as a freelancer at Bremen University of Applied Sciences.
My qualifications include systemic family therapy (DGSF), psychodynamic couples counseling (EZI Berlin), and psychosocial fertility consulting (BKiD, currently undergoing certification).
I maintain the quality of my work through ongoing supervision and professional development. I am committed to ethical practice, addressing discrimination, and challenging racism. I have strong connections within Bremen’s support network and am happy to refer clients to additional resources when needed.

For a brief initial consultation, you can email me or call. If I am unable to answer, please leave a message, and I will call you back. Together, we can discuss your needs and schedule a suitable appointment.
Consultations generally take place on Monday evenings in the Bremer Viertel, using various consultation rooms in the area.
Cost
The first phone call is free.
For all further appointments, I will charge
€105 for 60 minutes of psychosocial fertility consultation
€130 for 75 minutes of couples counseling .

All consultations are strictly confidential. I adhere to professional confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements.
